Storytelling Photographer

Hertfordshire

Hi, I am Carly, a nature lover, wildflower chaser, and local family photographer. Capturing memories for families is what I love the most. I want people to look back on these moments for years to come, being authentically themselves 🌱

Time moves so quickly, and as a parent, I’ve felt this deeply. My children are now 9 and 11 years old. The little moments, the laughter, the way they hold your hand or rest their head on your shoulder, these things change before you even realise. That’s why capturing memories is so important. Photographs hold the emotions, connections, and stories of our lives, so we can always look back and remember how it felt.

Now is the right time to book your photography session and document those memories forever.

My love for photography is endless. I'm a camera enthusiast with a huge appreciation for the history of 35mm film. This passion fuels my desire to keep learning and experimenting, pushing the boundaries of how I tell stories through light and lens.

My life is filled with joy and laughter, thanks to my husband, Mike, our two amazing daughters, and our two mischievous cats. They are my constant inspiration, motivating me to capture the beauty in everyday moments through photography. I also deeply love nature—woodland walks, ferns, and mushroom spotting bring me so much peace and wonder. Whether I’m shooting with a professional camera, my iPhone, or a vintage 1970s 35mm, I always have one close by, ready to capture the beauty that surrounds me.

The art of Storytelling is telling YOUR story. Little snapshots of the beauty of day-to-day life with your family. This can be from Bedtime, Baking, playing in the park, and more—beauty in the chaos and little moments you will love to look back on.
